LOG:IT GmbH headquartered close to the Danube in Regensburg benefits of its continuous growth and acquires 74,9 % of TIA A3 Forecast GmbH, located in Boebingen close to Stuttgart. TIA A3 had been founded already in 1976 and has well-known companies like Stihl, Steiff, Mexx, or Tommy Hilfiger among its customers. Target of the acquisition is a strong market position in the field of demand planning and advanced forecasting.
